He is survived by: his wife Elaine Beth (Mejury); his daughter Hazel Ann; his mother Karen Cosgrove; his stepfather Arthur Cosgrove; his father Ronald Mazurek; his brothers, Richard Mazurek and Stephen Mazurek; his sister-in-law Sarah Mazurek; his uncles, Robert and Gary Laino; his cousin Brian Silva (Melinda); his mother-in-law Carol Ann Mejury; his sisters-in-law, Karen Mone (John) and Janice Bosland (Edward); and also Elizabeth. He is also survived by thirteen loving nieces and nephews.
