He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine; and his sisters, Dorothy and Eleanor. He is survived by: his children, Doreen Allaghi (Ervin), Denise Crawford (Timothy), Leonard Divak (Lenny) and Mark Divak (Kathryn); his grandchildren, Jay (Brenna), Courtney (Brian), Mackenzie (Donald), Trevor, John (Jake), Kaila and Allissa; his great grandchildren, Austin, Charlie, Parker, Logan and Noa; and his nephew Robert Krasowski (Pat).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Most Blessed Sacrament Reconstruction fund, in honor of Leonard's dedication to his beloved parish.
