He is survived by: his children, James Carluccio (Joanne), Jane Walsh and Janet Crocamo (Thomas); his grandchildren, Alyson Toia (Matthew), Michael Walsh, Clare Hughes (Timothy), Lee Anne Tarleton (Morgan), Nicholas Crocamo (Jeanna) and Kenneth Crocamo; his great grandchild Jack Hughes; and his caregiver Jojo.
