She was predeceased by: her significant other Joel M. Segalas; her siblings, Gerard Cook, Dennis Cook and Marcia Cook Weller; her sister-in-law Joyce Cook; and her nephew Alan Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Haaf, Patricia MacDonald, Donna Segalas and Steven Segalas; her children-in-law, Michael Haaf, Thomas MacDonald and Daniela Segalas; her grandchildren, Alexandra MacDonald, Jillian MacDonald, Cole Haaf, Connor Haaf, Sebastiano Riverso and Gabriela Segalas; and her pet Scout.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home (257 Godwin Ave, Wyckoff, NJ 07481). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Catharine R. C. Church (905 Maple Ave, Glen Rock, NJ 07452).
The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made in Judi's honor to A Purrfect World Cat Rescue (http://apurrfectworld.org) or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
