She was predeceased by: her spouse Arthur Knyfd; and her sibling Matilda Falkena. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Knyfd of North Haledon, Kathleen Kooistra (Marlo) of North Haledon and Nancy Hemrick (John) of Hawthorne; her grandchildren, Lauren, Keith (Marisa), David (Kara), Nate and Nicole; and her siblings, John Van Grouw and Cornelia Hoekstra.
