He was predeceased by: his father Charles Zern. He is survived by: his wife Casey; his children, Jude, Prudence and Layla; his mother Ruthann Zern; and his siblings, Chuck Zern (Geril), Ruthann Zern (David Mold), Debby DeMaio (Andrew), Cheryl Doughan (Joe) and Tracy Barry (Chad). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
