He is survived by: his wife Shelma Jacob; his son John Jacob (Claire Jacob); his grandsons, John Jacob and Kyle Jacob; his daughter Louise Dyrsten (Tom Dyrsten); his grandchildren, Caroline Dyrsten, Lily Dyrsten, Tommy Dyrsten and Charlie Dyrsten; and his daughter Elizabeth Jacob.
