He was predeceased by: his brother Edward Collins. He is survived by: his wife Diana; his son David Collins of Richmond, VA.; his nieces and nephews, Kelsey Woods and Brennan Woods (Colleen); his great-nephews, Hudson and Graham; his great-niece Emma; and his cousins, Bob, Maureen Boyle and Patricia Zior.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or to the Christian Health Care Center.
