He is survived by: his close friend Carol Newman; and his children, James L. Bell (Sheryl) of Romney, WV, Sherrie L. Cumella (Chuck) of Brick, NJ, Theodore Bell III of Ludowici, GA, Randolf J. Bell of Wrightstown and Vicky A. Nixon (Brian) of New Egypt. He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and his great- great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Junie.
