He was predeceased by: his father Owen Gallagher; and his brother John Gallagher. He is survived by: his mother Marion Gallagher (Van Sciver) of Springfield Twp; and his siblings, Robert Gallagher (Evelyn) of Wrightstown, Suzanne Heisler of Wrightstown, Patricia Bell of Wrightstown and Wayne Gallagher of Wrightstown. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and many friends.
Face coverings and social distancing are required at the funeral home with a maximum of 25 people allowed in at a time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Rick's memory can be made to the Wrightstown Vol.
