He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Elizabeth Runnels-Millar and Ralph S. Millar, Sr.; and his sister Mary Elizabeth Millar. He is survived by: his siblings, Antonie Millar, Eva Millar-Galván and Tracy Locke; and his son Ronale Millar. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
