He was predeceased by: his parents, James Haynes and Viola Haynes; and his brothers, Richard and Bobby. He is survived by: his girlfriend Mary Glowiak of Wrightstown; his children, Denise Forman of Kansas City, MO and James Haynes III; his stepchildren, Terrence Sutton of Maple Shade and Tiffany Sutton of Wrightstown; and his grandchildren, Joseph, Desiree and Genie. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
