He was predeceased by: his parent Nellie Caesar; his wife Thelma; and his brothers, Ivan and Adolph. He is survived by: his children, Tanya Caesar-Waller (Ralph), Lillian Darcel Caesar, Rochelle D. Alicea and Fred; his grandsons, Ricardo Alicea (Julia), Randolph Waller, Charles Mouton, II, Daren Caesar and Aaron Mouton (Tami Jordan); his great grandchildren, Leandro and Luna; and his niece Pamela Jenkins.
