She is survived by: her husband Thomas Augustus Loundes of Portsmouth, Virginia.; her daughter Angela Butcher (Brian Butcher) of Claymont, DE; her niece Brenda Clemmons of Virginia Beach, VA; her children, Kim Clemmons, Tracy Clemmons, Suzanne Woodard, Michelynn Woodard and Derek Woodard of Austin, TX; her nephew Delmont Neal (Deborah); her children, Daria Neal, Delmont Alexander Neal and William Johnson; her granddaughters, Margaret Johnson Garliz and Lisa Johnson; her friends, Olin Mitchell, Pat Lewis, Valerie, Daryl Stewart, Tommy Wiggins, Helen and Frank Chase; and also, Philip, Roland, Audrey and Jocelyn.
