She is survived by: her husband Bob; her children, Bob Jr. (Rebecca), Renee Crickmore (James), Nicole Leone, Danielle Murphy (Joe), Michelle Guerriero (Dan), John Leone and Michael Leone; and her grandchildren, Nathan, Ashley, Brooke, Hannah, Jacob, Kylee, Liam, Finnegan, Lily and Levi.

Patricia & I just had our 39th. Unfortunately, I had to spend a few days in hospital for serious Vascular problems. It kept us from attending the Memorial for Yvonne. Jack/Pat”
