He is survived by: his children, Blaze and Willie Webb; his sisters, Cheryl Ferraioli and Laura Shelton; his nieces, Erika, Madelyn, Abigail, Mackenzie and Evelyn; his mother Margaret Holmes; his stepfather Wayne Holmes; his fiancée Mary Shannon Smith; and his fiancée's children, Michael, Austin and Zander.
