He was predeceased by: his daughter Tina Patrick (Sheppard); his parents, George Patrick and Mildred Patrick (Perry); and his brothers, Larry and Ritchie Patrick.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara (DiSantis); his children, Jeffrey Patrick (Allen) and Amy Danley (Blane); his grandchildren, Maxx, Ryan and Victoria; and his sister Cindy Weigel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
