He is survived by: his parent Madaline Boyer; his spouse Lynda Boyer (Roehner); his children, Megan Boyer and Jason Boyer; his grandchildren, Grace Boyer and Trexlor Boyer; and his siblings, Gene, Neva and Kraatz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
