We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2023, at the age of 90, Ida Mae Payne of Woodstown, New Jersey, born in Swedesboro, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Smith and Grace Smith; her son Dwight Payne (Linda); her sister Charlotte Smith; and her sister-in-law Kate Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Henry Payne (Hank); her children, Deborah Harris (Stanley), Thomasa Payne and Demetrius Payne (Dawn); her grandchildren, Stanley Harris, Dawn Harris, Demas Harris (Princess), Shani Payne and Austin Payne; her brother Isaac L. Smith Sr. (Kate); her niece Claudine Ferrell; her nephew Isaac L. Smith Jr. (Margaretta); her adoptive daughter Helene Harvey (Tim); her close friend Mary Jane "Sister B" Brasco (late Pastor Donald Brasco); and her pet Valentino. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren.
