She was predeceased by: her parents, George Shultz and Elizabeth Hooks Shultz. She is survived by: her husband Gary Lee Rowand; her children, Gary Lee G. Rowand of Deepwater, Brian Christopher Rowand (Katherine) of Tooele, UT and Rachel A. Rowand of Pennsville; and her grandchildren, John Rowand, Lauren Rowand, Brianna Rowand, Kairi Rowand and Ethan Shannon.
