She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond M. Neu, Jr. and Eileen Neu (Barry); and her significant other Michael Panco. She is survived by: her husband Hugh Brown; her children, Barry Brown (Tawnia) of Virginia Beach, VA and Mary Beth Ditolvo of Bordentown, NJ; her grandchildren, Amelia, Annette, Kyle Ditolvo, Hannah (Grace Sterling), Stanley, Helen, Sean Brown, Paige Dobbs (Sam) and Mallory Constant (Cody); her siblings, Pat Gorel of Washington, NJ, Noreen Applegate (Donald) of Galloway, NJ, Nancy McEwan (Sandy) of Bound Brook, NJ and Raymond Neu III of Absecon, NJ; her nephews, Christopher, Billy, Donald and Michael; and her niece Heather. She is also survived by her family dearly, she loved children and pets.
