Milligan IV, Daiton Goslin and Daniel Nichols; his sister Joni; his brother-in-law Lester Pratt; and his nieces, Joni Adams, Kari Finnegan and Lesi Elbirn. He is also survived by his mother, sister, brother-in-law, and nieces.
