He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Misinkavitch and Julia Misinkavitch; and his siblings, Peter Misinkavitch, Annette Seher and Rita Galone.
He is survived by: his wife Carole; his daughters, Nancy Hildreth and Linda Sharbaugh; and his siblings, John Misinkavitch and Ella O'Malley.
In lieu of flowers the family has suggested that donations be sent to St. Stephen's, 51 N. Main, Mullica Hill, NJ 08062 in Andrew's memory.
