Ortiz (Priscilla), Damaris Ortiz (Mariusz Sitarz) and Ruben Ortiz; his grandchildren, Juan D. Ortiz, Tiana L. Ortiz, Madalyn Castillo, Anna L. Ortiz, Jemma P. Ortiz, Cynthia Sitarz and Nina M. Ortiz; and his siblings, Antonio Ortiz Jr., Maria Helena Ortiz, Awilda Ortiz, Marta Ortiz and Luis Ortiz. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
