He was predeceased by: his wife Carmela Campanella; his parents, Ambrogio Campanella and Maria Luigia Campanella; and his siblings, Anna Sgobba, Lucrezia Pace, Grace Villanova, Mary Greco, Cosmo Campanella and Lucia Convertino.
He is survived by: his children, Maria "MaryLou" Plucinsky (Robert) of Fairfield and Ambrogio "Gino" Campanella (Cynthia) of Toms River; his grandchildren, Melissa Arrighetta (Ryan) of Hazlet, Steven Plucinsky of Fairfield, Joseph Campanella (Monica) of Ocean Gate and Robert "Bobby" Plucinsky of Fairfield; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Nicholas Arrighetta and Ava Campanella; and his siblings-in-law, Anna Convertino, Frank Morelli and Alfonso Veneziano. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
