He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Chlada and Charlotte Chlada; and his brother Herman H. Chlada. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Chlada of Woodland Park; and his son John L. Chlada of Paterson. He is also survived by many cousins and extended family.
