She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Kukel and Michaelina Kukel (Karpeczh); her husband Charles "Charlie" Jaworski; and her daughter Patricia Leporini (Davide). She is survived by: her children, Charles D. Jaworski (Patrizia) and Nancy Lauber (Glenn); and her grandchildren, Rosa, Christina, David, Stephanie, Robert, Daniel and Sarah. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the Alzheimer's Association.
