He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Fowler and Leola Fowler; his wife Ruth; and his sister Rosemary Crum. He is survived by: his children, Katherine Rizzo (Nick) and John Fowler (Donna); his brothers, Donald Fowler (Joyce) and Joe Fowler (Linda); his brother-in-law Thomas Crum; and his grandchildren, Alexa, Dylan, Vanessa, Heidi and Evelyn.
