He was predeceased by: his parents, Germano Rubino and Gemma Rubino (Cercone). He is survived by: his spouse Franca Rubino (Mitolo); and his children, Stefano (Kim), Paul (Laura) and Mike (Stephanie). He is also survived by 5 brothers and 2 sisters and is survived by many nieces and nephews.
