He was predeceased by: his son Bobby Donfield; his brother Chris Donfield; his parents, Helen Donfield (Bradley) and Christopher Donfield; and his grandmother Anna Donfield.

He is survived by: his wife Ann Donfield (Boyle). He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
