He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Seibel and Marie Seibel; and his brother John Seibel. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Seibel; his son Colonel Adam Seibel (Jamila Seibel); and his sister-in-law Bernadette Cusack. He is also survived by 3 nieces; 2 nephews as well as many cousins and dear friends.
