He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Ann and William Barger, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Marie D. Barger; his sons, Billy III (Michelle) and Andrew; his grandchildren, Kimberly (Tommy), Sarah, Kristin (Dan), Billy IV (Hailey) and Stephanie (Josh); his great grandchildren, Mason, Kaylee, Nova, Danny, Mikey, Sophia, Noah and Carter; and his siblings, Patty, Diane, Dolores, Joann, Donny, Barbara Ann, Jenny, David and Susan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and extended family.
