He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph R. Connelly, Sr. and Margaret (Hyatt); and his brother Patrick Connelly. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Connelly (Applegate); his children, Michael Connelly (Donna), Gail and Chris (James); his siblings, Daniel (Malgosia) and Maureen; and his grandson Sean (Rachel). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
