He is survived by: his daughter Victoria Harper; and his siblings, Earl W. Jr. (Angela) of Deptford, Joanne Pierson of Pittsgrove, Kathryn Stark (Sanford) of Woodbury, Christine Harper of Pennsauken and Jacqueline Harper of Sicklerville. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
