Jack Camp was predeceased by: wife Betty Jane. Jack Camp is survived by: children, Jack G. Spear (Antonia Ballare) of Antonia Ballare and Cathy Spear; grandchildren, Jennifer Wallace, Adam Leiter, Katy Evans and Elizabeth Ballare; and great grandchildren, Julia Rose Wallace, Adam Tuxward, Caroline Davis, Mia Davis, Cooper Evans and Samuel James Leiter.
