She was predeceased by: her husband Frank. She is survived by: her sons, Frank M. Banks, MD (Gail) and Mark E. Banks (Kathleen); her siblings, Bertha "Bobbie" Simon and Eugene "Gene" Loreth; her grandchildren, Jennifer Alberici (Joseph), Mark E. Banks Jr. (Ann) and Dena Goldberg (Chris); her great grandchildren, Nicholas and Matthew; her nephew Jim Fulbrook; and her caregiver Janet Earnhart. She is also survived by many loving nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Presbyterian Church at Woodbury.
