He was predeceased by: his wife Terry Risley; his parents, Horace and Iva; and his brother Horace. He is survived by: his children, Martha Dewey (Chet), Michael Risley (Kelli), Tricia Risley, Jennifer Clark (Dave), Steven Risley (Dayana) and Debbie Risley-Wuchter; his stepdaughters, Theresa Quigley (Kevin), Lisa McClintock (Jesse) and Michelle Sampson (Sean); and his brother Bill Risley (Carol). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
