He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Bell; his parents, Beulah Bell and Azzie Bell; and his siblings, Clifton Bell, Veta Hickman, Thomas Jefferson Bell (TJ), Leo Bell, Cecil Bell, Minnie Lee Walker, Azzie Lee Bell, Jr., Dora Frances Brock, Phillip Bell, Milton Bell and Jerry Bell.
He is survived by: his daughter Brenda; and his son-in-law Charlie Lisa. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
