With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eleanor I. Wright (Woodbury, New Jersey), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 26, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Preston M. Wright; her parents, Sidney A. DaShiell and Esther Ida DaShiell (Kohl); her son Preston "Gary" Wright; her close friend Florence LeRoy; her siblings, Caroline Timko, Betty Armstrong, Madeline DaShiell and Martin DaShiell; and her stepson-in-law Richard "Dick" Ivey.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara J. McIlvaine (Jack), Kenneth M. Wright (Lisa), Kathie E. Wright and Carole R. Gundle; her grandchildren, Melissa, Lianna, Rodger, David of Preston, Nicole, Russell, Kenny, Cassandra, Kathlyn and Joshua; her great grandchildren, Braeden, Jack, Jacob, Aiden, Stefan, Daniel and MaKenzie; her stepdaughter Diane Ivey; and her grandchildren, Denise, Debra and Ritchie.
