It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Sampey (Woodbury, New Jersey), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on February 28, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Katherine (Lynch) and Mills H. Sampey; and his sister Paula Krauss (James). He is survived by: his niece Bridget K. Taylor (Michael); and his great-niece Lexi Taylor.
