With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David A. Johnson of Woodbury, New Jersey, who passed away on February 20, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As David A. departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though David A. may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy David A. leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Roscoe and Mildred Monroe Johnson. He is survived by: his daughter Dantee Johnson Thomas (Kelly); his grandchildren, Lynda, DeeKen Kelly and Kaeden; and his brother James Johnson.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the McGuinness Funeral Home (34 Hunter St, Woodbury, NJ 08096). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
