He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Avery and Constance Avery (Hart). He is survived by: his wife Kelly Avery (Bock); his children, Kiersten Kelly, Craig Jack "CJ" and Caden Patrick; his parents-in-law, Theresa and Ken Bock; his brother-in-law Ken Bock (Shannon); his nephews, Bobby and Kenny; his aunt Joy Connelly; his nephew Pretty; and his aunt Jen. He is also survived by many other cousins, nieces.
