He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Millington and George Millington. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Millington; his children, Jessica and Matthew (Bridget); his grandchild Charlie; and his siblings, Kathy, Pat, John, Anna, George, Louis and Phyllis. He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews, 17 great nieces and nephews, family and friends.
