With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas J Bardar in Woodbridge, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on February 17, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bardar and Mary Bardar; and his sister Elizabeth. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Helen Kormondy Bardar; his sons, Timothy (Erin), Matthew (Brie Anna) and Daniel (Laura); his sister Carol Yorkanis (David); his sister-in-law Susan Whitenight; and his nieces and nephews, Amy Leaman, Joy McGuire, Paul Whitenight, Ke Dao and Robert Ahrens. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be private due to COVID restrictions, but the family plans to have a celebration of life in August on what would have been Tom's 80th birthday.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to Magyar Reformed Church, New Brunswick, NJ (https://magyarreformedchurch.givingfuel.com) or that you honor Tom by helping further the music education of a child in any way you can.
