He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Ferrigno and Anna Gartner Ferrigno; his wife Margaret; and his son Brian. He is survived by: his daughter Sheila Higgins (Don) of Union Beach; his siblings, Charles Ferrigno of Union, James Ferrigno and Marilyn Koss of Iselin; and his grandchildren, Shannon Higgins and Brianna Higgins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
