He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa Reilly Kociolek; and his sister Dorothy Peterson. He is survived by: his sons, Robert Kociolek (Robin-Ann) of Barnegat, John C. Kociolek (Kathleen) of Woodbridge and Michael Kociolek (Deanna) of Woodbridge; his sisters, Ann and Margaret; his parent Charles Kociolek; his grandchildren, Megan, Christopher, Stacy, John, Michael and Laura; and his great grandchildren, Levi and Aaron.
