He was predeceased by: his son Robert Foster; and his parents, Dorothy Foster and Kermer "Buddy" Foster. He is survived by: his wife Joann Stulack Foster; his daughters, Lauren DeGennarro (Ben) of Colonia and Lisa Foster of Point Pleasant; his siblings, Susan Sinnott of Elizabeth, Eileen Pagano of Colonia and Patrick Foster of Elizabeth; and his grandchildren, Christian and Charlotte DeGennarro. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
