We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Phyllis Beulke of Woodbridge, New Jersey, born in East Liverpool, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sons, Philip and Mark Beulke; and her parents, Carl Smith and Lillian Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Ellen Czerniak (Lester); and her grandchildren, Christine Conquest (Thomas Giuffre), Becky Conquest, Jennifer Ashbaugh (Herb), Terri Beulke, Mark Beulke (Kirsten) and Lester Czerniak. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Phyllis may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
