He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Barbato and Michael A. Barbato. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Hutchens Barbato; his children, Michael J. Barbato, Jr. (Catherine) and Jennifer Barbato (Brian Hawkins); and his grandchildren, Brandon, Michael III, Matthew, Cecylia, Sophia and Emily.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Costello-Greiner Funeral Home - Woodbridge (44 Green St, Woodbridge Township, NJ 07095). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Costello-Greiner Funeral Home (44 Green St, Woodbridge Township, NJ 07095).
In lieu of flowers contributions Wounded Warriors Project in Mr. Barbato's memory would be greatly appreciated by his family.
