It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Martha Zani (Woodbridge, New Jersey), who passed away on August 8, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Martha Zani to show support.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Sivak and Masako Sivak; and her brother Paul Sivak. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Dawn; her nephew Randall; her niece Jacqueline; her close friend Caroline Touzeau (family: Robert, Jacqueline, Antoinette Moss); and also, Michael, Damien, Nicolas and Makayla. She is also survived by her uncles, aunts and many cousins, from both her father.

“I have fond memories of Martha; we started our careers on the same day in 1984, worked together for many years, and had some good laughs. Martha was late on the first day of work because they gave her the wrong address and sent her to Morristown while the rest of us new hires were in Piscataway waiting for Martha to start orientation; we all teased Martha when she finally showed up an hour later all frazzled from rushing back in traffic. “Martha, myself, and other new hires started work in a new building in Lincroft, NJ. It was so new that there were no furniture and no people working there yet, so there was nothing to do but stand around and look at each other. We made jokes about the situation and got to know each other, deciding to bring folding chairs the next day. Martha, I’m sorry you left us so soon, we’ll miss you. May you rest in peace. … Jav”
